Dr. Maureen Nsofor is board certified in pediatrics. She specializes in pediatric emergency medicine.
She welcomes the challenges of her practice because there is so much variety in the conditions she can treat.
Her research focuses on injury prevention, especially pediatric firearm injuries and prevention.
Dr. Nsofor received her medical degree at Morehouse School of Medicine. She completed residency at Emory University School of Medicine and a fellowship at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.
Away from work, she loves spending time with her son and husband, getting outdoors for a hike, attending a good workout class and traveling.
