In-person visits onlyCardiology is a subspecialty in pediatrics that has shown so much progress in the recent decades. It’s been a privilege to be a part of this journey. With the many advances in care, many children with heart disease can now live well into adulthood. I love caring for these children and learning from them every day. They always remind me to be hopeful.
I am board certified in pediatrics with a subspecialty in pediatric cardiology.
I received my medical degree at the University of the Philippines Manila and completed residency in pediatrics at Ochsner Health System. I then completed a pediatric cardiology fellowship at the University of Florida and a pediatric interventional cardiology fellowship at Vanderbilt University.
Outside of work, I love traveling with my husband and two children. We like discovering new food, places and cultures. I enjoy listening to music, watching movies and reading books. A beach trip is my favorite relaxing vacation.
