Dr. Crook is board certified in family medicine and neuromuscular medicine. She focuses on preventive care, the management of chronic conditions, musculoskeletal conditions and weight management.
Her passion is to partner with patients to achieve their personal health goals.
Dr. Crook received her degree in osteopathic medicine at the New York Institute of Technology. She completed residency at AdventHealth Orlando.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
