Meredith Hammer is a board-certified physician assistant. She specializes in hematology-oncology (cancer and blood disorders).
Working in outpatient hematology-oncology prior to physician assistant school deeply impacted her life. Ever since then, she has felt a calling to work in this specialty.
Hammer received her physician assistant training at the Medical University of South Carolina and completed the Atrium Health Hematology-Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship.
Away from work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring Charlotte and hiking in the North Carolina mountains.
