I enjoy holistic medicine and addressing all areas of the human body affected by acute illnesses. I have a passion for expanding what we do within the hospital walls to those who cannot receive care within our walls, and this inspires me to focus on virtual high-acuity inpatient care delivered through a virtual hybrid model.
I’m board certified in internal medicine, and I treat people who are hospitalized.
I serve as associate vice president for Atrium Health Virtual Health and Home Based Care Clinical Operations.
My research focuses on hospital medicine, emergency department-based care, hospital quality improvement and virtual at-home based high-acuity care.
I received my medical degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. I completed residency in internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, where I served as chief resident.
