Biography

“I work with couples, families, children, adolescents and adults. Whether people are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, trauma or other mental health conditions, my goal is to provide support while teaching coping mechanisms to create a healthy life balance. I encourage, guide and walk with my clients on their self-discovery journeys to find deeper meaning behind their current emotions and barriers preventing them from leading a fully engaged life.”

Michelle Parrom is a licensed marriage and family therapist. Her passion is working with couples dealing with major relationship issues like infidelity, infertility, illness, grief, family conflict, parenting concerns or contemplating divorce.

Parrom uses various treatment modalities including the Gottman Method couples’ therapy, emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy. She applies a non-judgmental, systemic approach when working with couples, families, children, adolescents and adults.
