Evans is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. Her clinical interests include newborn care, breastfeeding/lactation, positive parenting, resiliency after adverse childhood events, trauma-informed care and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
She is a member of the American Association of Nurses, the Society of Pediatric Nurses and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
She received her master’s degree in nursing at Duke University.
