Monica T. Horne, CNM

“Any day I help just one woman, or her unborn baby, is a day that I have served my purpose in life.”

Horne is a board-certified nurse midwife. She specializes in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), including well-woman care and contraception.

After giving birth and seeing the relationships she developed with her obstetrician and nurses, Horne realized she wanted to be part of a team that worked to improve the health and well-being of women and their families.

She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice at East Carolina University.

Outside of work, she enjoys visiting her adult children in Colorado. She likes live music, outdoor concerts and ballroom dancing.
