Biography
“I do my job because I am passionate about children's health and find it very rewarding. I love watching my patients grow up and see their personalities develop. I want to help families navigate acute illnesses, chronic health concerns and parenting concerns. I believe that in pediatrics I can make the earliest difference in the health of my patients.”
Dr. Miller is board certified in pediatrics and is the laboratory director at Atrium Health Levine Children’s Providence Pediatrics. She has been treating patients at Providence Pediatrics since 2006.
Dr. Miller hopes to make a positive impact on families and is proud when her patients achieve not only their health goals but also their personal accomplishments.
She received her bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her medical degree at East Carolina University. She completed residency at Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital.
When she’s not working, Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with her husband, Walker, and their 2 children, Lindsey and Evan. She loves being a mom, watching her children grow up and cheering them on during their sporting and school events. Dr. Miller also loves being outdoors. She enjoys hiking, biking and kayaking, and she is learning to play tennis. She also enjoys traveling and reading, mostly fiction.
