Biography
“It’s a privilege that patients come to me, discuss their concerns and trust that I will take care of them to the best of my ability. I do not take this for granted. I wake up daily looking forward to providing excellent care to my patients.”
Dr. Adams-Denny is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). She specializes in laparoscopic hysterectomies and hormonal management of menopause symptoms. She is the site-based medical director at Atrium Health Women's Care Creek Pointe OB/GYN and Atrium Health Women's Care Union OB/GYN.
She was named a Top Doctor by Charlotte magazine.
Dr. Adams-Denny chose her specialty because she enjoys focusing on women’s health. Her grandmother passed away from uterine cancer, and she was fearful of going to the doctor. She strives to make patient visits as meaningful as possible, so women will feel empowered and return yearly for routine exams.
She received her bachelor’s degree at Yale University. She received her medical degree and completed a residency at the State University of New York. She is a fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Adams-Denny is married to a transplant surgeon, Roger Denny, and they have 2 children. They love traveling the world as a family and exploring different cultures. She also enjoys listening to medical novels and biographies.
