Nawal Weaver, MD

“I have a desire to help the mentally ill and am well trained to help those in need.” 

Dr. Weaver is board certified in psychiatry and neurology and specializes in psychotic, mood and anxiety disorders at Atrium Health Behavioral Health, a facility of Carolinas Medical Center. 

Dr. Weaver received her medical degree at I.N.E.S.S.M. Algiers and completed her residency at The University of Alabama. 

Outside of work, she enjoys walking, swimming and getting outdoors in general.
