Dr. Fleming specializes in treating movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease, tremors, ataxia, dystonia, chorea, myoclonus and tics.
He received his medical degree at the University of Arkansas. He completed a residency at Virginia Commonwealth University and a fellowship at the University of Miami.
