Dr. Nicole Parentela specializes in pediatrics with a focus on newborns and children who are in the hospital.
She received her degree in osteopathic medicine at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency in pediatrics at the University of North Carolina.
Outside of work, Dr. Parentela enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Matthew, and their families. They enjoy hiking, spending time on the water, eating sushi, traveling and listening to live music together, especially country music. She is also passionate about global health, which has led her on multiple occasions to provide care to the people of Honduras with the nonprofit organization, Action for Education.
