Biography

“Patients need care that is accessible from providers who truly want to serve and help. Sometimes seeking health care isn’t about fixing an actual problem but easing a fear and providing reassurance. Sometimes patients just need someone to listen. We need more of this in health care, and I hope that’s what I can provide. When we aim to treat patients and do what’s right, we can always make a difference!”

Dr. Nicole Wilson is board certified in emergency medicine. She stabilizes and treats patients who are experiencing acute health problems or traumatic injuries. She has been named an Atrium Health University City Physician of the Year.

Dr. Wilson received her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh. She received her degree in osteopathic medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency at the Cleveland Clinic.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her significant other and their 2 dogs, Chloe and Zoey, taking long walks, hiking and being as active as possible every day. Dr. Wilson loves to travel, with Ireland and Scotland being 2 of her favorite destinations. She also likes to read, especially a good mystery novel.
