Dr. Patel is board certified in dermatology, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of adult and pediatric skin conditions. He has a clinical interest in the treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa (inflammation and infection of sweat glands), and warts. He also has a particular interest in skin cancer screenings and surgery.
He received his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, indicating he was at the top of his class. He completed residency at the University of Arkansas, where he was chief resident.
In his free time, Dr. Patel enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
