In-person & video visitsI love working with kids because they find magic in little things, live in the moment and are enthusiastic. I find my purpose on the days when I can walk away knowing I was able to make someone’s life better, even in a small way.
While working with children in youth groups, I noticed the potential to make a positive impact. Since becoming a mother myself, I have become more passionate about being a role model who embodies kindness and the art of helping others.
I am a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner.
I received my master’s degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina.
Outside of work, I get plenty of exercise by keeping up with my young son and daughter. One of our favorite activities is finding new playgrounds to explore. Married to my high-school sweetheart, I also love hiking with my family.
