Dr. Kamath is board certified in internal medicine, specializing in outpatient concierge medicine.
Atrium Health Pineville has honored him with the Physician Community Outreach Award, the Star in the Southern Sky Service Award, the Department of Medicine Physician of the Year and the TOPS Patient Safety Award.
Dr. Kamath received his medical degree and completed a residency at the University of South Carolina, where he was recognized as internal medicine Resident of the Year and internal medicine chief resident. He also completed a master’s degree in business administration at the University of South Carolina.
When not working, Dr. Kamath enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and 3 children.
