Dr. Pillai is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). She specializes in infertility, minimally-invasive surgeries, contraception, high-risk pregnancies and preventive care.
Her goal is to empower women, build their confidence and help them improve their mental, physical and spiritual well-being.
Dr. Pillai received the OB/GYN Preceptor Excellence in Teaching Award from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her medical degree at Albany Medical College and completed a residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
She is married with 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running and traveling. She is an avid reader of historical fiction and books about social issues.
