Priyanka Koneni is a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner (AGACNP). She focuses on caring for people with heart conditions in the cardiovascular intensive care unit, especially patients who are recovering from coronary artery bypass surgeries.
With a strong understanding of the heart, blood and circulatory system, she knew acute cardiac care would be the perfect career for her.
She received her master’s degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Outside of work, she loves traveling and listening to audiobooks, especially fantasy and thriller novels.
