In-person visits onlyI treasure the small moments with patients and their families, celebrating the joys of a new baby or a high school graduate and sharing their tears of newborn exhaustion and teenage worry. Listening to their stories with empathy and advice is the most rewarding part of my job.
I feel pediatrics is the perfect blend of solving the puzzles of illnesses and guiding children in the right direction as they grow. I strive to support children and their families through every stage, from the newborn years through young adulthood.
I’m board certified in pediatrics and see patients from newborn to 21 years old.

I received my medical degree at the University of Virginia and completed my residency at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center. I’m a fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family at the beach and taking an annual trip to Mexico with my husband. My interests include exercising, staying active in my church and playing piano, especially pieces by Handel, Mozart and Debussy.
