Rachel Simpson Miller, MD

Dr. Miller is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). She specializes in high- and low-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgeries.

She was drawn to her specialty after delivering a baby as a third-year medical student on her OB/GYN rotation. She feels it’s an honor and privilege to be a part of families’ lives during such memorable times.

She received her bachelor’s degree at North Carolina State University and her medical degree at East Carolina University. She completed residency at Vidant Medical Center.

When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her husband, Casey, and their 2 daughters, Victoria and Autumn. She enjoys fitness, especially riding her stationary bike. She has a passion for learning about self-development and helping others with leadership and self-development.
