Rachel Mitchell is a board-certified physician assistant who focuses on family medicine. Conditions she treats include hypertension, diabetes, anxiety and depression, acute illnesses and lifestyle management.

She believes educating patients from childhood onward about the fundamental principles of health and wellness is essential for fostering the long-term well-being of the community.

Mitchell received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Wingate University.

She loves to spend her time away from work with her husband, child and golden retriever. Their favorite activities include exercising, seeing their friends and being outdoors on sunny days.
