“I strive to maintain my flexibility as a professional and to learn and grow as the science of anesthesia updates and expands. I’m fascinated by advanced gastroenterology, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, radiology and the unique challenges of these cases and patient populations.”
Levine is a board-certified registered nurse anesthetist. She specializes in providing anesthesia for critical care, endoscopies and surgeries, as well as for patients in radiology, specials and the cardiac catheterization lab.
As a CRNA, she finds it very rewarding to work as a team member with highly skilled nurse anesthetists, physicians, nurses and techs providing excellent care for patients. She felt nurse anesthesia was the natural progression for her nursing career after working in critical care for 5 years.
She received her master’s degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
In her free time, she loves to hike in the NC mountains, read about health and nature, cook dinners for her family, practice yoga and walk her dogs. She has 2 children who bring inspiration and fun to her life.
