Biography

I want to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to our pediatric population to help create a strong and healthy community. It’s an honor to provide care for children from birth through young adulthood and to develop a relationship with each family.

My interest in human growth and development motivated me to choose a career in pediatric medicine. I believe in the African proverb, ‘It takes a village to raise a child,’ and I collaborate often with organizations and local leaders to provide resources that help improve health outcomes in the community.

I’m board certified in pediatrics. I specialize in comprehensive care for healthy and sick children, with a focus on complex conditions. I coordinate hospital care for my patients.

I’m the medical director for Atrium Health Levine Children’s Rea Village Pediatrics. I was named a Top Doctor by Charlotte magazine and the Philadelphia Inquirer, and I have received the Excellence in Pediatric Teaching Award multiple years.

I received my medical degree at Ross University. I completed pediatric residencies at Cooper University Healthcare and Mount Sinai Beth Israel.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, foreign films, stargazing, bird watching, cooking, travel and spending time with my husband and family.
