Rhonda P. Patt, MD

Dr. Patt is board certified in pediatrics. She has a particular interest in newborn and early childhood development, such as sleep, nutrition and brain development.

She is the assistant specialty medical director for Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital and the site-based medical director for Atrium Health Levine Children's Charlotte Pediatrics SouthPark.

Dr. Patt has won numerous awards, including Castle Connolly Top Doctor and Charlotte Magazine Top Doctor for multiple years. She has also won Vitals Top 10 Doctor - City in 2014, Vitals Patients' Choice Award in 2014 and 2015 and Vitals Compassionate Doctor Recognition in 2015.

The personal connections and relationships that Dr. Patt develops with patients and their families are what inspire and motivate her to continue serving the community as a pediatrician.

Dr. Patt has wanted to be a pediatrician for as long as she can remember. She enjoys watching children and families grow and feels she has a unique opportunity to serve as a positive role model for children and teens.

She received her medical degree at West Virginia University and completed her residency at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.

She treasures time spent with her husband, a doctor, and their 3 children. When she is not busy driving her children to sports practices and watching their games, she enjoys playing tennis, going to the beach and writing about pediatric health topics for social media and print publications.
