Dr. Fulmer is board certified in family medicine. He has a special interest in diabetes and heart disease. He is certified in diabetes, cardiovascular and stroke care by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
Caring for his grandmother inspired him to become a doctor. Family medicine appealed to him because of his mentors at medical school and his love of helping others.
Dr. Fulmer earned his medical degree at the University of South Carolina. He completed his residency at the Greenville Hospital System.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dogs. He likes playing guitar, singing, listening to live music, going to church, doing yard work, traveling, sports and Clemson University football.
