Experiencing firsthand the fear, uncertainty and hope that come with the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) gave me a deep understanding of what families go through. Those early days shaped my commitment to caring for the most vulnerable and supporting their parents with empathy, clarity and compassion.
As a board-certified neonatal nurse practitioner, my goal is to combine clinical expertise with genuine understanding and to make every family feel seen, supported and empowered during one of the most critical times of their lives.
I received a master’s degree in nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina.
My husband and I love to travel and spend time with family. Between us, we have 12 children and 5 grandchildren. While my husband loves to hike, I'd much prefer a roaring fire, a cup of tea and a good book.
