Dr. Runa Shrestha is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology (blood disorders and cancer).
She received her medical degree at B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan, Nepal. She completed residency at the State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate and a fellowship at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Shrestha is married to a fellow Atrium Health doctor. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, traveling, cooking and spending time with family.
