Russell Alexander Michael Trigonis, MD

Dr. Trigonis practices critical care medicine and emergency medicine. 

He has been named an Atrium Health Resident Physician of the Quarter and was chief resident in the Department of Emergency Medicine. 

He received his medical degree at Virginia Tech. He completed his residency at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center and his fellowship at Indiana University.
