Ruth Psetas is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a focus on primary care.
She is passionate about preventive services including health screenings and lifestyle counseling as well as both acute and chronic disease management.
Psetas spent 8 years as a registered nurse in an inpatient hospital setting before becoming a nurse practitioner. Her clinical philosophy centers on building long-term relationships with patients grounded in trust, education and shared decision-making.
Psetas received a master’s degree in nursing at Georgetown University.
Originally from Florida, she relocated to North Carolina in 2020. Outside of work, she’s an avid animal lover who enjoys spoiling her pets, spending time with her fiancé and exploring new coffee spots around Charlotte. Coming from a lively Greek family, she also has a deep love for good food and community.
