Samantha Falkowski is a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in gastroenterology and hepatology.
Her goal is to integrate her knowledge in nutrition to deliver patient-centered, holistic and high-quality health care.
Falkowski received her bachelor’s degree in food science and human nutrition at Clemson University and her master’s degree in nursing at Boston College.
She is happily married and enjoys volunteering, traveling, exercising, reading and watching the Clemson Tigers win.
