I’m board certified in emergency medicine and also provide critical care medicine. I received my bachelor’s degree in applied physiology and kinesiology at the University of Florida and my medical degree at the University of Miami. I completed residency in emergency medicine and a fellowship in critical care medicine at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Outside of work, I like to spend time with my husband, 2 children and the community of friends and extended family we have built. I stay active by hiking and road cycling. When I have downtime, I like to read classic literature, non-fiction and critical care literature.
