Biography

Dr. Sean Bradley is board certified in internal medicine and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine (CAQSM). He specializes in primary care sports medicine, with expertise in treating sports-related concussions and musculoskeletal conditions affecting the knees, shoulders, elbows, hands, wrists, hips, feet and ankles.

A lifelong athlete, Dr. Bradley developed a deep appreciation for the role of sports in physical and social development. Personal experience with sports injuries gave him the empathy and insight that now guide his patient care. His passion is helping individuals return to the activities they love.

Dr. Bradley currently serves as team physician for Wingate University and Union County high schools. His previous roles include team physician for the New Orleans Pelicans and medical director at Southern University.

He has performed hundreds of minimally invasive TENJET procedures to treat chronic tendinopathy.

His research interests include tendinopathy, calcific tendinitis, injury prevention, adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) and sports-related concussions.

Dr. Bradley received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Notre Dame and his medical degree at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He completed residency in internal medicine at the University of Utah and a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. He stays active through cycling, hiking, skiing and cooking.
