Dr. Rao is board certified in internal medicine. She focuses on gastroenterology (digestive disorders), including colon cancer screenings, esophageal disorders, constipation and diarrhea.
She received her medical degree at the University of North Carolina. She completed residency at Tulane University and a fellowship at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling the world, tending to her plants and being active outdoors with her 2 dogs.
