I’m a board-certified pediatrician who specializes in helping children who struggle with weight, ADHD and depression.
I loved science as a child. But it was my college biology class that helped me see how well the art of science and the field of medicine mixed. For me, pursuing medicine was the perfect way to blend my passion for science with my love of helping people. I was drawn to pediatrics because of how resilient children are and how rewarding it can be to care for children and families over time.
I received my medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University and completed my residency at Thomas Jefferson University.
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my children – going for walks, traveling and gardening together. We enjoy frequent trips to visit family in Southern California and Michigan.
