Dr. Patel is board certified in pediatrics. He is the lab director at Atrium Health Levine Children's Shelby Children's Clinic.
He has always had a soft spot for children and an innate drive to help sick babies and kids. As a father, he treats his patients as if he were treating his own child.
Dr. Patel received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at Georgia Tech and his medical degree at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He completed residency at The University of Tennessee.
Outside of work, his greatest joy is spending time with his wife and daughter. He loves traveling, health and fitness and is an avid tennis player. Dr. Patel is a huge fan of Georgia Tech sports teams and also cheers for the Carolina Panthers.
