In-person visits onlyThe hospital, specifically the pediatric intensive care unit, is a scary place for children and their loved ones. My philosophy is rooted in providing family-centered care and acknowledging the unique position I have to educate. My goal is to build an atmosphere of trust and respect to pursue a common goal.
I am a board-certified pediatric acute care nurse practitioner. My clinical interest is in pediatric critical care.
I chose my specialty because I was motivated by the pediatric population. Kids inspire me with their honesty, resilience and unwavering faith in a better tomorrow.
I received my master’s degree in nursing at Emory University and a post-master's certificate in pediatric acute care at Vanderbilt University.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time at the beach, traveling to see friends and family and exploring the world.
