Biography
“Endocrinology is a very cerebral specialty. I love interpreting different types of data, knowing my patients will feel better once appropriately diagnosed and treated.”
Dr. Goldbaum is board certified in internal medicine, specializing in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at Atrium Health. She is also a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of North Carolina.
She received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) Georgia. She completed a residency at Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital and a fellowship at Hahnemann University Hospital.
In her free time, Dr. Goldbaum is committed to networking with and amplifying other female physicians. She also enjoys traveling and working out.
