I’m a board‑certified adult‑gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. My clinical focus is obesity medicine, and I care for patients through virtual visits. I also serve as the chief advanced practice provider (APP) for virtual care, helping to support high‑quality, accessible care delivery.
I know people sometimes just need a little encouragement or nudge in the right direction to change their health for the better, and I strive to provide the support patients need.
I earned my master’s degree in nursing from Daemen University and completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Capella University. My education and experience guide my commitment to evidence‑based care and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two sons. We love traveling together whenever we can. I also like gardening and reading nonfiction books.
