In-person & video visitsDr. Kelley is board certified in family medicine. He has special interests in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, infectious diseases and mental health.
Dr. Kelley has been recognized by several organizations, including the Bridges to Excellence Diabetes Care Recognition Program and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Additionally, he received the Society of Teachers in Family Medicine Resident Teaching Award.
He received his medical degree at the University of Tennessee and completed a residency at Atrium Health Cabarrus Family Medicine.
