As a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner, I’m committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based and patient-centered care. I am dedicated to being a trusted partner for patients during vulnerable moments, advocating for their needs and ensuring they feel informed, supported and empowered throughout their care journey.
My clinical background includes experience in critical care and emergency medicine, where I frequently cared for patients whose outcomes were directly impacted by vascular disease.
I began my healthcare career as a registered nurse, where I built a strong foundation in bedside care and clinical excellence. As a nurse practitioner, I also practiced primary care, where I managed chronic conditions. I saw firsthand how timely intervention can significantly alter a patient’s long-term health and quality of life. This perspective ultimately led me to pursue vascular surgery, an area that combines complex clinical problem-solving with opportunities to make a meaningful difference in patients’ daily lives.
I received my bachelor’s degree in nursing at Florida Atlantic University, followed by my master’s degree in nursing at the University of Miami. Additionally, I received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Louisiana State University Shreveport.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time with family, visiting museums and reading, especially books focused on personal development, health and leadership.
