Dr. Khan is board certified in neurology and sleep medicine. She specializes in general neurology, electromyogram (EMG) and nerve conduction study (NCS) tests. She also treats migraines and other neurological conditions.
She was the founder and director of the Stroke Program at MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center, where she received the Preceptor of the Year Award.
Dr. Khan feels she has a greater insight into her patients’ perspectives after caring for her paralyzed mother for 3 years.
She received her medical degree at Dow Medical College and completed residency at the State University of New York. She completed a fellowship at Drexel University.
Dr. Khan has raised 4 children, and she loves to travel.
