Dr. Phelps is board certified in family medicine. She specializes in all general practice conditions.
Dr. Phelps received her medical degree and completed a residency at the University of Pittsburgh.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, Eric. Together they attend live music concerts and travel domestically and abroad. They spend a lot of time with their 2 dogs and cat. At home, she enjoys gardening, knitting, painting, watching movies and television dramas and doing home improvements projects.
