As an undergraduate student, I adopted healthy lifestyle choices that greatly improved my overall health. I eventually pursued medicine hoping to be an advocate for patients to achieve similar improvements in their health.
I enjoy connecting with patients on a personal level and chose to practice in the area in which I grew up because I relate to many of my patients and feel I can make an impact.

I received my degree in osteopathic medicine at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my residency at Atrium Health Cabarrus Family Medicine.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and two girls. I like cooking and woodworking and am an Eagle Scout who enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking and catching and photographing snakes. My dad and I run a non-profit educating the public about snakes and offer free programs for North Carolina state parks, schools and scout troops.
