Simulated Participant Coordinator

Krystal Gardner joined Carolinas Simulation Center in 2019 as a Simulated Participant through March 2025 when she accepted the role as Simulated Participant Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has earned two professional certifications from Harvard Business School. Certified as a career and life coach, she specializes in career development and talent management from early careers to the C-Suite level. Throughout her career she has excelled in creating and implementing global talent strategies, facilitating leadership development and diversity training. With over a decade of experience in human resources, culture and program management, Krystal has worked with a multitude of consultants at IBM, Microsoft, and Twitter. Additionally, she served as a Medical Specialist in an ambulatory unit with the United States Army Reserves and is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential.
