Time to get more shut eye! With school is back in session most doctors say you should try to keep your children on a regular sleeping schedule.
A health study says that sleep should be a priority for kids during the school year.
The study also says that 9-12 hours is suggested for kids six to twelve in age and 8-10 hours for teens.
Experts say be consistent, letting kids sleep in or stay up late on the weekend makes it harder to get back on track for the school week.
Research shows not getting enough sleep can put children at risk for physical and mental health problems such as obesity and depression.
