Atrium Health Experts Present Research at American College of Cardiology Scientific Session

This weekend marks the 70th annual American College of Cardiology (ACC) conference, where experts from around the world gather to share the latest clinical research and innovations in heart care.

A team from Atrium Health Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute will be attending the virtual meeting, where they will be leading discussions about innovative technology and new treatment options. 

Many Sanger physicians will also take part in pioneering clinical research, from the Node-301 study that evaluated the effectiveness of using nasal spray for patients with fast heart beats who come to the Emergency Department to ACC’s Global Heart Attack Treatment Initiative that assesses effectiveness of heart attack treatments globally.
