Clinical Expert

Victor is a vice president of Behavioral Health Services for Atrium Health and serves as the facility executive of Behavioral Health-Charlotte. He is responsible for oversight of 60+ inpatient beds, the psychiatric emergency department and outpatient behavioral health programs. Victor is heavily involved in the National Council for Behavioral Health and National Alliance on Mental Illness. He has a specific interest in raising awareness and reducing stigma surrounding suicide.
