After completing their required meeting with their academic advisor each semester, students may register for courses using SONIS. Students will receive registration information to their student email address.
Transfer credits will be reviewed for approval once a student has been admitted to a program at Carolinas College of Health Sciences and paid their deposit. Transfer credits are awarded for courses that meet the following requirements:
Please note that credits can expire and may not be accepted as transfer credits. The timeline for expiring credits is based on the time elapsed from when the course was taken to the time of acceptance at Carolinas College.

Alumni or current students of Carolinas College of Health Sciences and alumni of Mercy School of Nursing can request official transcripts online. Processing time may take up to 2–3 business days.
Carolinas College manages transcripts for Mercy School of Nursing but is not able to print or recreate diplomas for Mercy School of Nursing.
Unofficial transcripts may be requested through SONIS.
