Megan had been working in a laboratory for eight years and decided it was time to build on her skills. "I had a solid foundation in transfusion medicine, but I knew there was so much more to learn," she says. She enrolled in the SBBT program and found the online format to be incredibly flexible. "We covered a ton of material in a year, and I was well prepared for the SBB exam. I passed on my first try!" Megan was soon promoted to lead medical technologist at Carolinas Medical Center Transfusion Services. "I would recommend this to anyone who wants to provide better care for their patients and take their career to the next level."
